STELIOS KANAKIS S.A.’s presence in the 12th Artoza exhibition which took place at the new Exhibition Center Metropolitan EXPO on February 26 – March 1, 2011 was truly successful. Once again, the great number of visitors proved the importance of this trade show for the sector of confectionery, bakery and ice-cream and the sincere interest of the professionals for the new market trends.
The Company’s minimal, modern and all renewed golden-style decorated booth (including the logo and the corporate printed material) attracted all visitors, who had the opportunity to get informed about the wide and new product range (16 totally new products), as well as about the latest news and developments in the gastronomy field.
What is more, throughout the fair, the dynamic sales department of the Company provided the visitors with all the necessary information regarding the unique competitive advantages of the Company’s product range, while it’s experienced Technical Team developed and presented delicious creations.
A special reference should also be made to the presence of distinguished Chefs from the company’s partners, namely Mr. P. Depape (UNIFINE F & Bi), Mr. G. Maisonneuve (ELLE&VIRE), Mr. W. Jungmann (KOMPLET) and Mrs. S. Gaetta (FABBRI) at the exhibition stand of STELIOS KANAKIS S.A., as their important know-how and expertise have always been an invaluable asset.
During the show all the chefs realized live demonstrations and the visitors could have a clear view of the advantages offered by the Company’s high quality products and services and find solutions to many of their everyday production issues.
What is more, the appealing show cases filled with tempting confectionery creations, impressive desserts in a glass, chocolate bonbons, delicious cakes, special baked products, vast range of specialty breads, savory snacks and viennoiseries (Danish pastries, cookies, brioches, coffee cakes etc), along with the amazing ice-cream flavors fully satisfied the visitors’ expectations.
To conclude, STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. had a prominent presence during this important trade event for Greece, Cyprus and the Balkan countries and managed to offer once again innovative and high quality raw materials, ongoing information, exciting recipes and high-level technical support to the professionals who seek only the best in all aspects of their profession.
