|Margarine Super Rore DRAGSBAEK or Bretagne Butter 82% BEURALIA||150 gr.|
|Chocolate Chunks DAWN||150 gr.|
Mix with the flat beater the Cookie Mix Plain and the margarine or the butter for 3–5 minutes at the 1st speed. Then add gradually the water until it is absorbed.
Add the Chocolate Chunks and mix for 1 more minute at the 1st speed.
Shape into rolls with 6 cm diameter for big cookies or 3 cm for small cookies.
Leave the rolls in the fridge to cool and then cut slices 2 cm wide.
Place in a tray over baking paper and bake.
Temperature: Conventional oven: 200°C, Fan oven: 170 – 180°C
Time: Big Cookies 6 cm: 15 minutes, Small cookies 3 cm: 12 minutes
