The famous MΟF chef Nicolas Boussin, head trainer at the ‘ΜΑΙSON DE LA CRÈME of Elle & Vire in Paris, presented the most recent trends in French Pastry at the Center of Gastronomy of STELIOS KANAKIS ΑΒΕΕ. Great emphasis was given to Croissants with a Modern Touch incorporating fruit, nut or cream cheese garnishes, in different shapes like: Croissant Éclair, Pop’ Roll, Tea Time Roll, Puff Pastry Patchwork. The thin aroma of citrus and the highly specialized technique combining the use of butter 82% with the unique in its type, Butter Extra Dry 84% by Elle & Vire, by the awarded chef, displayed the major difference in taste and lamination, elevating the creation of Croissants in a supreme level and exciting the Greek professionals who attended the demonstration shows.
