STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. is housed in privately owned premises in Acharne Attiki, which cover an area of 2.783 m2 and are built in a plot of 15.819 m2. They include modern offices, a high standard distribution center as well as an exemplary gastronomy center.

The distribution center of STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. is developed and operates under the guidelines of contemporary Logistics Management and is ultra functional and of modern design. The warehouse occupies an area of 1.589 m2, has a product capacity of 1.900 palette places, is capable of distributing 18.000 tons per year, has also an average storage period of 25 days and serves daily the dispatch of the Company’s new technology reefer trucks.

Products are stored according to their special temperature and humidity needs and conditions and are monitored according to their expiry date and LOT number, following the FIFO (First In – First Out) principle.

The premises are characterized by their ergonomy and functionality, while preserving all the modern safety measures for the employees and the products.

A truly important part of STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. ’s facilities is the Athens Center of Gastronomy, a modern professional training center for pastry, bakery, ice-cream, catering and cooking applications. Equipped with the most contemporary production machinery and audiovisual technology, the Athens Center of Gastronomy gives to the professionals the opportunity to attend live demos performed by distinguished foreign chefs, theoretical and practical workshops as well as high – level seminars in cooperation with the leading French gastronomy school Ecole Lenôtre.
