Main goal of STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. is to continuously upgrade the services and the programs of both training centers and to decisively contribute to the evolution of gastronomy in Greece, by monitoring the contemporary international trends. In this framework, a cooperation with the leading French gastronomy school ECOLE LENÔTRE has been developed, which has been training the best Chefs worldwide in all sectors of gastronomy for the last 50 years.
The Centers of Gastronomy Athens – Thessaloniki in an exclusive collaboration with the famous ECOLE LENÔTRE Paris offer a number of prime courses of 4 days duration, which give special attention to the perfection of taste and presentation.
Participants are taught advanced techniques from highly skilled French Master Chefs, the majority of whom hold the prestigious title of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (MOF). The completion of each seminar is attested by a certificate of attendance from ECOLE LENÔTRE.
