High level cooperation

Main goal of STELIOS KANAKIS ABEE is to continuously upgrade the services and the programs of both training centers and to decisively contribute to the evolution of gastronomy in Greece, by monitoring the contemporary international trends. In this framework, a cooperation with the leading French gastronomy school ECOLE LENÔTRE has been developed, which has been training the best Chefs worldwide in all sectors of gastronomy for the last 50 years.

High standard seminars with ECOLE LENÔTRE

The educational programs in cooperation with ECOLE LENÔTRE last 4 days and are realised every month at the Athens Center of Gastronomy and the Thessaloniki Center of Gastronomy. These programs place great emphasis on the perfection of taste and presentation and are strictly conducted in a limited group of attendants (6-12 people). The participants specialize on highly advanced techniques by French Master Chefs, the majority of whom hold the title of "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" (MOF).
