The Company's expert technical team which is composed by 4 specialized Pastry Chefs, 2 well experienced Bakers and a Food Technologist, is able to offer directly and efficiently all the necessary technical know-how that will
facilitate the best application of the
Company's products and at the same time to demonstrate new,
original recipes and ideas that will fascinate even the most demanding professionals.
This is why STELIOS KANAKIS ABEE places great emphasis on training its technical personnel by
organizing special training seminars in Greece
and abroad as well as cooperating with well-known and distinguished foreign Chefs.
